Questions traders ask
Do I have to enter trades by hand?
No. With Pro, the Tradjo Logger runs inside NinjaTrader 8 and records every fill automatically. On the Free plan you import NinjaTrader's own Trades or Executions export in a couple of clicks.
What do I get on the free plan?
The free plan is free forever for up to 60 trades a month (that's 2 a day). You import NinjaTrader's CSV export by hand and get the dashboard, calendar and stats. Trades above 60 are saved, not deleted, and appear as soon as you upgrade. Pro adds the automatic Logger, unlimited trades, full reports and tags, and support.
Does it work with prop-firm accounts?
Yes. Tradjo records every account connected to NinjaTrader 8, including prop-firm evaluation and funded accounts, Sim101 and Playback. You can filter by account.
Where is my data stored?
On your own computer. The Logger writes to a file in your NinjaTrader 8 folder and the journal reads it in your browser. Nothing is uploaded to our servers, and we never ask for broker logins.
Which markets are supported?
Anything you trade in NinjaTrader 8: index futures such as ES, NQ, MES and MNQ, plus energy, metals, currencies and more. Point values are filled in automatically.
How many computers can I use it on?
Every Pro plan includes 2 computers, for example your trading PC and a laptop or backup PC, at no extra cost. Got a new computer? Email support@tradjo.com and we'll free up the old one for you. No need to buy again.
Can I use it on a Mac or my phone?
NinjaTrader 8 runs on Windows, so the Logger needs Windows. The journal runs in Chrome or Edge on that PC. A cloud version for any device is on the roadmap.
How do I cancel?
Anytime, from the link in your receipt email. You keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for. If you're not happy in the first 14 days, email us for a full refund.
Will Tradjo make me a better trader?
It shows you exactly what you did and where you made and lost money. Turning that into better trading is up to you. Tradjo does not give trading advice or signals.
