These terms apply to the Tradjo software and the website tradjo.com, provided by [YOUR LEGAL NAME], operating as [REGISTERED BUSINESS NAME], Ontario, Canada ("we", "us"). By downloading or using Tradjo you agree to these terms.
Tradjo is record-keeping and analysis software for users of the NinjaTrader® 8 platform. It consists of a NinjaScript add-on (the "Logger") and a journal application that runs in your web browser.
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use Tradjo on up to 2 computers registered to your licence while your plan is active. You may not copy, resell, share, decompile or reverse-engineer the software, or try to bypass its licensing.
Paid plans are sold through our reseller and merchant of record, Lemon Squeezy, which processes payment and applicable taxes. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. Founding member licences are one-time purchases for the life of the product.
Tradjo does not provide investment, trading or financial advice, signals or recommendations. All trading decisions are yours alone.
We work to make calculations accurate, but the software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Results depend on the data NinjaTrader provides and on your settings. Always confirm figures against your broker statements. Changes to NinjaTrader may temporarily affect the software.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to Tradjo is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for trading losses or for indirect or consequential damages.
We may update these terms and will post the new date above. We may suspend licences that breach these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.

Your trade history stays on your own computer. The Logger writes it to a file in your NinjaTrader 8 folder, and the journal reads and stores it in your web browser on that computer. We do not receive, upload or store your trades, account balances or notes.
Only to deliver and license the software, provide support, send receipts and important product updates, and, if you opt in, occasional product news. We never sell your information.
You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information at any time by emailing support@tradjo.com. We handle personal information in line with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
Pro plans include a 14-day free trial. If you are not satisfied after paying, email support@tradjo.com within 14 days of your first payment for a full refund. Renewals can be refunded within 7 days if the plan has not been used since renewing. Founding member purchases can be refunded within 14 days. Refunds are issued through Lemon Squeezy to your original payment method.
